I brought my management committee here for an amazing culinary experience and that is just what we had. I worked with the staff... to reserve multiple tables and reviewed the menu to ensure the vegan, and gluten-free requirements still allowed for manydelicious options on their menu. Once seated all the tables received the charcuterie and cheese boards immediately so we couldrelax, drink some wine from NY state and enjoy the conversation. The staff was attentive and made us feel welcomed and our VIPshad wonderful things to say about the ambiance, small plates, drinks and desserts. The next day at the actual meeting we werestill talking about the experience and raved about the local food and beverages. The chef(s) are very talented and we lookforward to dining here again soon. Last night was our first visit back to T&C since COVID, we drove in from Syracuse. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly,... and I love the team approach to service - there was always someone checking in whenever we needed something. The food wasobscenely, ridiculously good. At one point, my husband said, "Go set a firecracker off in the street so I can lick the plateclean without anyone seeing me." He was kidding... kind of. ;-) We left feeling satiated, pampered, and well taken care of. Ifyou're looking for a sublime dining experience, make reservations for The Tailor and the Cook. The Taylor & the Cook was an amazing culinary experience! Their small plate menu is well thought out and diverse. We really... enjoyed the Roast of Beef Sirloin, it was crispy and juicy. The Butchers Board had so many flavors it is a must try! Toddour waiter was very attentive and friendly. No matter how good a place is, I rarely remember to leave a review. But this place would get more than 5 stars if I could give... it. By far one of the best and most unique dining experiences I’ve had. The staff was so wonderful and friendly and the foodwas amazing and just new to us in all the best ways. My husband and I are staying nearby on our honeymoon, and this place justsolidified our want to come back for our anniversary each year. We cannot wait to come back and try more! Read more
