Word's are not enough to say or admire the people who owned the restaurant.... wonderful wonderful and wonderful. Food quantity... and quality was excellent and up. I don't have an option to give them 100000* star. Hospitality in USA unbelievable. Firsttime ever i saw that respect as a customer ever in USA, remarkable. I was on my way to home from Niagara Falls to Boston andstop by for lunch and left me wordless afterwards service provided by the entire staff and especially restaurant Owners bothhusband and wife and family members extremely kindly and down to earth. How could possible someone still following amazingprinciples from their countries even out of own country from decades. We have a life time memories with photos and had aconversation with them and felt so so so familiar. You can't get that Ambience, Respect, Hospitality, food or kindness oranything else in USA. Please please please one add stop in your trip to this restaurant and feel it. Especially they handovertwo big packages of deserts to my kids for complimentary at leaving time and that was surprise from them to us.unbelievable???????????????????????????????? lots of love from Ajay and family. Stopped here on our way to Cape Cod. Some of the best Lebanese food we have ever had. The grape leaves were so flavorful,... eggplant fries were so tasty, and the owners made you feel like family. Highly recommend! Read more
This place is such a great place to stop by for some fantastic authentic food. Greeted as soon as we walked through the door by... the owner and treated like family. Food was fast and fresh and delicious. Offered free coffee at the end of the meal. Truly agreat experience. Will be coming here again. Thank you guys so much! Read more
I have been coming here since they opened and never been disappointed. Every item on the menu is great. If you eat in, don't be... surprised if Albert (the owner) is walking around working the room and giving out Lebanese coffee. This is a family run businessthat understands customer service. "When you're here, you're family" actually rings true at Zeina's. Read more
Very homey and affordable. My fiance raved about the eggplant fries. When paired with the sauce it comes with its a homerun in... your mouth. We both had the same gyro with chicken and beef. NOW my favorite thing were the Minnie minced garlic fries! Thefries with a soda and some ketchup if you chose. The hummus is a must have for the start of your sit down. And if you're luckyenough you'll get some Turkish coffee from the owner to wash it all down. Read more
I was in Utica to visit Mohawk Valley Community College and looking for a good restaurant for lunch. I found this restaurant... luckily! It was an awesome experience! I ordered Loubya and Rice as well as a Lamb Gyro. While waiting for the foods, I wastalking to the gentleman at the checkout about the restaurant. Apparently, it is a family-owned restaurant and I was talking tothe son. His mother offered me a bowl of minced meat cooked with cabbage and rice. It was complimentary. Most amazing part ofthis gesture was the way she showered her motherly love for me who just popped in first time as a customer. How nice!
