I ordered hot & spicy and they had these small patties, it was more bread than anything else, my soda tasted like alka seltzer,... my fries were cold and so was the rest of my food. Extremely disappointed as I?m from out of town and there was no way to goback I was already on the way out of there thinking my family and would have a nice hot meal with great refreshments. Nope. It was as good as a McDonalds could be. Its small but deffinetly upgraded. I do wish the play area was bigger for my son, but... overall it was great. Delicious food and great service, was not too long of a wait but i do know that their lunch and dinnerhours are swamped so give them your best patience during those hours i know its not easy. Ordered the McRib combo. The worst ever. Fries were cold and McRib dry! Asked manager where is the meal after 21 minutes and she... said waiting on fries but that was a lie. Glad I don?t live here. Worst people ever. Read more

Clean looking place but gave us drinks that were not full by about an inch. When we asked for it to be filled as usual they said... they have to charge for refills. It's not a refill if it wasn't filled to begin with. I haven't heard of this before and othersodas people received were filled to the top. Not sure why we were treated differently. I don't usually eat here, but I had a visitor that wanted food from here. Placed an order online, get there, was told not... available, reorder and then sit in line to pick up food! I was in line for over 40 minutes!!! And when we got our food it wascold!!! I was like did they save the food from my online order after they couldn't bring it out???. Extremely disappointedvisitor!! Would give it 0 stars if possible.... food was much better before the remodel, ordered food,no place to sit except in the play... area,moved from there asap cause if the screaming kids,finally got food and it was cold.... thats after we had to order it onone of the kiosks because the line was horrible.
