We were there for lunch on Nov 16 after a few months since we don't live in Uxbridge. My wife and I ordered the breakfast... special and noticed some new faces. Was told they were under new management The breakfast was excellent and we would go backagain. Read more
Under new management. Fries are much better. The fish tastes great and they have condiments lemon specifically lol. ???? 3... ladies working the front seemed to know how to work well in a kitchen. Much better experience. Read more
Just moved to Uxbridge. I noticed the sign for breakfast ???? $2.99 which included 1 egg bacon sausage or ham toast and home... fries. Coffees was extra. And to my surprise I must say it was probably the best breakfast I?ve had in years, it was that good.Very friendly atmosphere and inviting. I will bring my family and friends here. Try it! Read more
Horrific. Nobody at the front counter.... you need to tap a bell. Once bell is tapped, a server comes out, takes the order and... says 10 minutes for takeout. No problem. I come back in 10. My order is sitting on the counter by the cash register withnobody there. Again I tap the bell. A different server comes out, takes a look in the bag, mentions something about onionrings and right there, I said it's not my order. She leaves the bag open, goes to the back to check with the other server andthen comes out and confirms it is my order and says she thought it was onion rings. I get home and there is, for want of abetter word, globs of something in my gravy...could be the stuff that settles on the top of a warmer. The fish isn't edible atall... it's a square piece of garbage. The saving grace was a thrown together Greek salad. This is the THIRD time I've triedthis restaurant. I'm done with this place. The service was outstanding ! The waitress was very happy, positive and energetic. The food was ordered and prepared correctly... for take out. Like most take out, by the time you get home it's cold, and needs to be reheated. That tends to make the foodsoggy. That's why I'm only giving it a four. Perhaps when we have an opportunity to dine in it would deserve a five. Compared toCaptain George's in my opinion it's lacking just a little bit. Perhaps it's the batter on the fish? It seems to be lightlybattered at this restaurant compared to a Captain George's Restaurant so that might be something to consider. But like I saidthe server was very friendly. Read more
Was disappointed with this place . My wife preordered over the phone. And I picked up on the way home from work. There may have... been some confusion because we received haddock rather than Halibut. Disappointing especially after our order was 70$ plus.Ourguests were not impressed either. We have eaten at many of their other locations and its been good. Hope this one improves. Read more
