Pizza was BURNT! It was a $40 party pizza and their response was they could give us a $20 credit, it was INEDIBLE!!
So craving some wings. Went to Pizzaville because awesome wings. Got home and was disappointed. Hardly any sauce on the... wings. I get wings frequently from here and this is the first time I was disappointed. But the wings were good after I addedsome sauce. Read more

Placed an order with 3 Caesar salads to be included. Was called by Head Office letting me know that salads were not deliverable.... Why have it on menu if you can not serve fresh ? I doubt I will order again ... Update : Head Office contacted me after hearingabout my experience. They are looking into my issue and have given me a credit. Kudos for making things right. Read more
Ordered 4 large pizzas from the uxbridge location. Told us it would be 20 mins max. Ended up waiting 65 mins for the pizza to be... ready. 40 mins sitting in the shop. Returned home, it was cold and undercooked. Disappointing as I normally go to the oshawalocation. Read more
Ordered two pizzas from this location and when we picked up the pizzas they were not well done as requested, the pepperoni was... still underdone. It was requested that the pizzas be cooked a little bit more and then they were then over cooked. They had hardcrust, partially burnt and partially underdone pepperoni and it lacked sauce and cheese around the edges of the pizza so it wasvery dry. The pizzas were not well prepared or cooked, it was as though the oven was too hot. Very disappointed. Read more
First time ordering from them, the pizza was delicious, and it was ready on time. Price was fair and the people were very... friendly. I am being a little generous with a 4, and here is why. I understand that Friday evening is a very busy time, but Iordered online, and it took me 10 minutes to pick up my pizza (looking at it sitting on top of the oven the whole time). Haveto find a way to fix that, perhaps a second cash register? Long line in front of me and half of them were ordering, only onecash so it took longer that what I would consider reasonable.
