Tim Hortons is hard to review as the service changes day to day and location by location. I rate 3 stars because it is what it... is.Sometimes they get my order right and sometimes they don't but my medium latte is NEVER full cup is barely half so that's arip off when paying $4. THE STAFF SEEM VERY DISORGANIZED. I COULD GO THROUGH ANY TIM HORTONS IN TORONTO TWICE BEFORE YOU GET OUT OF THIS DRIVE THROUGH.... Owner, please train these people to work more efficiently and be better organized so the drive through experience isn't so long.I dont even bother in the morning as I know I'm going to be a good 20 minutes before I get going. 2 years of disappointment.. the coffee I got yesterday made me write this review. Worst drink I?ve ever put in my mouth I just... don?t get what?s so hard about doing something right. This location has by far been a disappointment. The cashier by the name Vicky rolled their eyes twice while I was ordering,... which only had 2 iced drinks and 2 food items. The food is fine, but both drinks were wrong, one being I ordered an iced coffeeand was given an icecapp. The other was the passion tea lemonade which wasn?t even filled, it was about 1/2 an inch filled fromthe top. Another person who ordered before us also had a negative experience, making a customization of less cream, they gotmore cream. This situation could?ve been made better, but the cashier Vicky also stared down us as we waited for our order. Read more
