This is a pretty decent Wendy?s and I go here whenever I?m in town. The issue is that it?s located in the parking lot from hell?... Staff is rude and unprofessional. Ordered a meal in the drive thru, person didn't tell me how much, pull up to the window, and... they ask me how I want to pay...I asked the cashier how much is my meal to she finally begrudgingly told me the total. Paidbecause it's not an issue but the lack of communication and attitude I received when inquiring how much my total was. Extremelyunprofessional. Do you realize you need to tell the customer, after they ordered, how much their meal is? This is literallycashier 101. You are never busy so that is no excuse. Get it together. I own a business and town and frequent a lot of great restaurants in uxbridge. Wendy?s has always been good up until the last... year and today was the ?I?m never going back there experience? Grabbed 3 junior bacon cheeseburgers to only open them up at workto see they look like they?ve been microwaved and slimy. I called and the manager and he said it could of been out too long orold lol.
