This is a pretty decent Wendy?s and I go here whenever I?m in town. The issue is that it?s located in the parking lot from hell?... Ive ordered a 10 pack of nuggets the past 2 days, and every time i get less than 10 nuggets, and ontop of that, the man in the... drive-thru today didnt say a word to me while taking my payment, not a hi or a hello, or even an order total, just shoved themachine out. the food is decent, but thats about it Read more
Staff is rude and unprofessional. Ordered a meal in the drive thru, person didn't tell me how much, pull up to the window, and... they ask me how I want to pay...I asked the cashier how much is my meal to she finally begrudgingly told me the total. Paidbecause it's not an issue but the lack of communication and attitude I received when inquiring how much my total was. Extremelyunprofessional. Do you realize you need to tell the customer, after they ordered, how much their meal is? This is literallycashier 101. You are never busy so that is no excuse. Get it together. On-top of all of this, they couldn't even get my orderright, paid for an upgraded combo and got a small fries that was half full and cold. . Read more
I own a business and town and frequent a lot of great restaurants in uxbridge. Wendy?s has always been good up until the last... year and today was the ?I?m never going back there experience? Grabbed 3 junior bacon cheeseburgers to only open them up at workto see they look like they?ve been microwaved and slimy. I called and the manager and he said it could of been out too long orold lol. Very disappointed. I went to grab some breakfast from Wendy?s at 7:30 am on Friday, July 15th and there was no one there. I... looked online and it says they are open at 6:30am, so I figured I would have been alright. NOPE! If you say you?re going to beopen at a certain time, try to actually have employees follow that. The food seems fresh, and hot, they have a coffee ccino drink, Vanilla and chocolate, I've tried the Vanilla, I get a double... shot of vanilla, tell them light on the ice or they will give you a cup that is two thirds ice, one third drink, I prefer adrink ,not a $4 glass of ice cubes. Tasty drink, but don't get ripped off with too much ice. Read more
