We had to be on the Patio bec we had our pup but was told no propane for the heater. Other than that it's okay.
Veteran's Day near Travis, so there were many trying to eat here. When we first arrived they had maybe twenty tables open, but... told us wait would be 20-30 minutes. I think they simply didn't have staff to turn tables quickly. Once we were seated, ourserver was excellent and the food was what you'd expect. I visited with my two children on a Sunday right when they opened at 11:00 am. There was no line, and we were seated right away.... Our server Kristina was amazing! She took our order immediately, and the food arrived quite quickly. She provided us witheverything we needed without any issues. She anticipated our needs and did a great job. I was so happy with our customer servicethat I gave a generous tip. We will definitely visit again! Read more
I had gone to 3 different BWW to buy Teriyaki sauce for home. Each location had bottles that had expired 6-8 months prior. After... visiting my 3rd location, over 40 minutes from my home, I met Christine. She let me know she was out of the sauce, but couldhelp me by ordering the sauce to her store and that I could pick it up in a few days! A proactive response! I'm so thankful toher! She called me two days later when her shipment arrived, and now I have my Teriyaki sauce :) Read more
Just needed the bland regular side Mac. Paid 20$ for three side orders plus tip and they somehow managed to mess it up and put... ranch in the food. All three. So not only the person that preps the food but the person that gets the to go order ready ( theperson you pay and tip) could see the creamy ranch in the Mac and still pass off 20$ of Mac and cheese my kids can’t eveneat. Then when I call to fix this issue no manager can speak or fix any part of their mistake. But promise to call backtomorrow. Never do/did thank you “manager Cierra”. My bank will take it from here since you and your staff can’t do asuper simple job. How hard is it to mess up kids Mac and cheese? Never once had this issue at any Buffalo Wild Wings but willbe sure to let everyone within a 50 mile radius that this location can’t even make a kids Mac and cheese properly. Read more
I ordered here today and I was a bit dissatisfied with how long my order took. The girl that took my order said 10- 15 minutes.... No, it took about 40 minutes for my order to be ready! To top it off my fries are cold! Cold and stale! As well as my friedpickles, how disappointed! Smh. At least the wings were hot, 10 pieces bbq wings. I hope other are not as dissatisfied as I am. The fries taste stale, literally like old. The chips are so thin that you cannot eat nachos before chip breaks inside platter.... The tator tots were so salty. Chicken strips were so hard on the ends my teenage son wouldn't finish. Most of meals were eatenat restaurant so we ended up packing leftovers to go and no one wanted their leftovers. Just was really disappointing. Serverwas great gave him $24.00 tip, after all he did his job. Read more
