Some days ago I went there,waiting for pick up, a customer came to store and while opened and showed the burger to the staff... said: it is not what I orderd ! Then that stuff took the burger to back and gave it to another staff who was cooking,, and hejust changed the papper of pakaging and used a new papper and put it in microwave !! Ask for receipt cashier said the receipts do not print out been broken for two months. I gave a twenty dollar bill and got back... change for a ten dollar bill. Asked to speak to manager . The manager asked cashier what I gave and she said a ten. Then he toldme he could not give me any change back. Manager and cashier not friendly at all. I?m not even sure they cared. I?m not the reviewing type but I can?t keep quiet about the bomb-a$$ meal i just ate at this burger king. i asked for well done... fries and they came out perfect. just days ago i was talking with my friends about the best fast food fry and today i found it.the burger was like a combination of everything that makes different cheap burgers good, and truly created something greaterthan the sum of its parts. my fiancé?s Classic Chicken deserves both capital Cs. was i didn?t get any names but the windowperson was super cool and didn?t even jam me up or get snarky when i had a very small hiccup with the order. all in all anunexpectedly pleasant fast food experience, thank you team for making my day Read more
This Burger King has the WORST customer service ever. The manager chick is SO rude. We placed a mobile order online and picked... it up just fine. Got home to realize that we were missing some food, two whoppers to be exact out of buying 9 total. The managersaid "where's all the food" we told her that we handed out the food and realized we were missing some so we came right back..she gets crazy.. telling us that all their burgers are counted for and they don't have any extra burgers sitting around.. We enjoy Burger King at least three times a month for a quick bite or meal. Such a good variety is not always common.
Plenty of parking. Food adequate. Service friendly.
