I just called to Have a couple pizzas delivered to work for my team. The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely rude,... rushed me through my order, and then hung up midsentence when I was trying to tell him ?thank you have a nice day.? I had avery simple order. I knew what I wanted. I didn?t create any problems. He was so short and literally hung up in the middle of mysentence. It made me feel like being a customer and placing an order was a huge burden. I understand the service industry istough, but a little courtesy goes a long way in bringing back repeat customers.
