I just called to Have a couple pizzas delivered to work for my team. The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely rude,... rushed me through my order, and then hung up midsentence when I was trying to tell him ?thank you have a nice day.? I had avery simple order. I knew what I wanted. I didn?t create any problems. He was so short and literally hung up in the middle of mysentence. It made me feel like being a customer and placing an order was a huge burden. I understand the service industry istough, but a little courtesy goes a long way in bringing back repeat customers. Mediterranean pizza he said its up to you , I dont eat the pizza here , I almost hung up .. 1 star is for making me wait now 45 extra minutes when I ordered online and paid online and came in when it was supposed to be... ready. Was told twice it was in the oven. Then found it wasn?t made. Still sitting here waiting?.. Would have went somewhereelse. Sad. Updated: Management reached out and is doing their best to make it right immediately. Took just over an hour from order to delivery so keep that in mind. Order arrived hot, driver was courteous. Pizza was... delicious! Plenty of toppings, not heavy-handed on sauce, crust was crisp.
