My husband ordered wings and was told it was 15 minutes. No problem. We park and wait over 20 minutes. He goes in to check. ... He gives the receipt and the woman was like "Oh". She provides a lame excuse thr fryers are slow. Then she asked him, "what doyou want me to do?" Apparently, customer service isn't a thing at the Vacaville location. Apologizing for forgetting the orderwould have been a start. Offering a time when the food would be ready would have been another. He did get his money backbecause the employee had no ambition to own up to her mistake. My husband mentioned he was going to let corporate know. Sheresponded for him to go ahead because she didn't care. I like KFC fried chicken, and there is a family drum fried chicken set menu. Great. The store is clean and bright, and the... delivery is fast. Open 7 days.
