After ordering our food and received the bill, we noticed quite a few discrepancies on the bill. Side of beans and rice was... $3.99. But got the bill and it was $4.99 each ($9.98). Our food prices were higher too. The waitress said their prices changedand they didn?t have an updated menu and brought back the menu with this little writing on it saying ?ask cashier for currentprice ?! I didn?t see that on our menus! Nevertheless, they should have stated this when we ordered! Terrible customerservice and I will not be eating at that location again! Very rude!! Read more
Was not happy with the manager at Murillo off Merchant Street. Placed our order, ate then got the bill. Bill prices more than... menu prices. Speak to manager and she say oh our prices changed but we haven?t chAnged them yet on menu. She showed us asticky at the top of menu saying ask manager for prices which you can not really see. As a manager, when we ordered, she shouldhave said our prices are different than the menu and based on what you ordered, here is the price. So I had to make another trip and try lunch, and was not dissatisfied at all. Service was just as prompt, friendly and... courteous as it was for dinner. Portions remained good size, meal was again served quickly and piping hot. The enchiladaswe're as close to a Tex-Mex that I grew up eating and so I would definitely recommend sitting down and trying a meal. Staff isfriendly, family owned and take great care in treating their patron's well. I've had both lunch and dinner and no matter whichtime they remain consistent with both quality and service. Had a nice dinner, went in about 5:30, and was able to get a tableon this Saturday. Good service, good good, nice portions for the value. Served with chips and salsa, both regular and spicy.I had a combination plate, 2 items, with the enchilada (beef) which was delicious, and a chilli relleno which was good, servedwith rice and beans. Food was served extremely prompt and was served piping hot. My server was courteous, prompt and polite,and it was packed at the time I had dinner. If in the area it's a good place to dine.
