Best place to get a pizza in Vacaville! 100% recommend to anyone wanting to eat here. Pizza is delicious ??

I ordered online ahead of time, when I arrived they didn't even start my order. The lady who I'm guessing is the manager was... just distracting the young worker from doing his job and complaining about doing hers. The young guy was very slow and was allover the place. When my pizza was done over 20 minutes later, they forgot my cheese bread which took even longer because a guywalked in that they knew so they want to get his order first and were chatting with him. Very upsetting since I had companywaiting at my house and I was gone for over 30 minutes just to get our order which should have taken less than 10. Seems likeeveryone working there needs to go through training again. I doubt I will order from this location again. Read more

I order 2xs, they got it wrong, 2xs, $80 for 2 pizzas and a cookie dough? Never again, I'm demanding a refund

This location seems to be under new management, to bad I have been coming to this location for years and always got good service... and great product, the past few orders (with new staff) have not been positive, staff doesn?t seem to be engaged, nor customerservice oriented! There isn?t any effort in the quality of the product as well! So sorry it has gone down hill. I will need togo elsewhere! Read more

I have been to this location over rhe couple i will say that i have always had excellent customer service and the pizza always... looks and as good as it taste. Also Cristina always gives the best service whenever i come to grab a pizza, definitely lookforward to seeing her! Read more

I hate this store, it's worth the drive to the location across town. Every time I have tried to give this location another try... I'm reminded why I don't come here. The order is always made wrong, they don't offer the party pack. While I was waiting for myorder I watched as the employees struggled and ultimately couldn't process a refund to a customer who wished to cancel theirorder. If you want a quality pizza made right and with the better staff do yourself a favor and go to the one on monte vista. Read more

:Very disappointed. ordered pizza at 8:21, all good $26. Go there to pick it up and no they are closed. Got a hold of them on... the phone, 8:31 pizzas made, registers closed? What?
