This Starbucks location is a joke. I?ve had the worst experience ordering here. I placed my order online before I went on my... break. I ordered at 10:06am on thanksgiving day and my order was supposed to be ready by 10:21am. I arrived at the store around10:15am knowing that my order would not be ready until a couple more minutes but I would?ve never thought that it would takehalf and hour and that I would be late to work with no drinks for my work crew and myself. I had ordered 8 drinks for me and mycoworkers and even thought I order ahead when I arrived they told me that my order would take about 20 minutes to be ready whichI agreed since I had already paid for them but I should?ve requested a refund when they told me that my mobile order would takelonger because they were prioritizing the in person orders and the drive though orders. They told me that it would take longersince I ordered 8 drinks which does not make sense because I had ordered before everyone else that was there. Then after half anhour when one of my drinks was ready they told me that they did not have drink carries. Like seriously how am I supposed tocarry 8 drinks by myself in my car. Am I supposed to hold 8 drinks on my lap while driving. The employee that was there couldhave told me that they did not have drink carries the minute I arrived since she saw me by myself and I had ordered 8 drinks.After she made me waste half an hour of my time I told her to just give me a refund because I could not carry 8 drinks bymyself. Please do yourself a favor and order at another location. Management needs to organize this store better and train theiremployees the right way. So they know what to say and what to do in these situations. The orders have to be prioritized in orderand should not be skipping mobile orders. Read more

Coffee is decent, but the lines are always long. Of course prices are high, but that's what you pay for convenience.

The signs to go through the drive-through or put between the bushes and the curves where you cannot see them. I can?t tell you... how many cars were stuck almost going through the drive-through and we?re not intending to go through the drive-through.Management put your sign so people that are not wanting to go into the drive-through Starbucks don?t accidentally get stuck inthe line. It's starbucks people what do you expect? Staff are friendly, and they move the line quickly for a drive thru that's 5 stars as... far I'm concerned. Read more

Sapna was amazing. She was sweet and was very helpful. I couldn't cancel my order because the cold drink I ordered, I now... wanted it hot. I apologized and offered to pay for the remade drink. She was so understanding and offered to give me the alreadymade drink and remake a new one for free. She was a doll. Bless her in all ways. Read more

Customer service experience here is terrible. Made to feel as though I needed to beg for drip coffee. I also needed to throw... away my old Starbucks cup and the employee instructed me to go next door to the gas station to discard Starbucks produced trash.So I left it at the window for him and his poor service. Better off making coffee at home. Read more

The staff is attentive and friendly and the drinks are made promptly. However, the parking lot is small and there is no indoor... space. If you are looking for a quick caffeine fix, it?ll do the trick. If you are looking for a good stop off point on a drive,I might suggest elsewhere. Read more
