It's a Starbucks. A bastion of default civilization welcoming travelers on the lonely road. Is it the best place you've ever... been? No, it doesn't need to be. Ordered online and the order says "PICK UP IN STORE". When I go to the door a sign says "LOBBY CLOSED UNTIL 2:00" . Great? So I... walk to the drive up window to pick up my order. ( There was a line about 15 cars long in the drive up window line) I was in ahurry - that's why I ordered online for in-store pickup. The girl at the drive up window yells at me saying I can't pick it upthere. So I leave my $19.?? Sitting there and leave. I could not wait a 1/2 hour or more In the line. I'd say that was HORRIBLEcustomer service. She could have handed me my order there or at the front door without opening her lobby. Read more
