It's a Starbucks. A bastion of default civilization welcoming travelers on the lonely road. Is it the best place you've ever... been? No, it doesn't need to be. It's the place you go for a consistent and overpriced brown juice you are addicted to. Drinkyour coffee you filthy animal. I love you. Ordered online and the order says "PICK UP IN STORE". When I go to the door a sign says "LOBBY CLOSED UNTIL 2:00" . Great? So I... walk to the drive up window to pick up my order. ( There was a line about 15 cars long in the drive up window line) I was in ahurry - that's why I ordered online for in-store pickup. The girl at the drive up window yells at me saying I can't pick it upthere. So I leave my $19.?? Sitting there and leave. I could not wait a 1/2 hour or more In the line. I'd say that was HORRIBLEcustomer service. She could have handed me my order there or at the front door without opening her lobby. Read more

I love this Starbucks the most versus the other ones in the area, they are always so welcoming and helpful! Especially the lady... tonight around 8:20 PM. She's always there when I do my complicated order since I can't drink the normal drinks and nevercomplains. I love her vibe! They are most consistent with my orders too and I don't hear them complain about customer orders,like mine, atleast not in front of me like certain others in the area *cough* peabody *cough*. Lol. usually go to this Starbucks and the drive-through is amazing. They are so fast and so friendly. I went in this morning for the... first time not through the drive-through but in the store. When I placed my order the girl had to redo it twice and finally whenmy drink came out it was made incorrectly twice.
