I normally do not do these kind of things, however I came in on Saturday and received the best customer service from the Manager... I don't remember his name, he was middle aged, short hair. black shirt, and had glasses. He was attentive, friendly, outgoing,and definitely went above and beyond while I was at the store. This was not just with me but with every person I saw himinteract with, he was engaging, moving from side to side, coming up front and back in to the kitchen. This isn't the first timehere and seeing him work like that. Food was hot, fresh, made very quickly, and there was a great sense of team work, betweenhim and the employees I observed. I will definitely continue coming here as long as I keep seeing employees work, and treatpatrons like him here. Read more

For taco bell food, it's great and the service has always been very good.
I was in line for 20 minutes. No way out of line. When I said, "Geez, that took forever", and the cashier said, "I have no... control over the line!!!!" Very slow all around service. Read more
Grabbed a couple of original tacos for each of us. Fast. Friendly. Well made. Cashier at the window was wonderful. Very polite... and a refreshing level of customer service. Good job. Read more
Everytime i stop by after work and order dinner to take home the food tasted old, if i wasn't so tired i would have returned it.... Also, young adults working at window are rude. Read more
