Food taste amazing but warm like it should have been hotter ..I waited 15 min
Every time I order I always make sure to click the extra seasoning for my fries and the last couple times were seasoned ok so I... dealt with it but this time I barely got four fries where I could taste any seasoning. So I'm editing my review. I used to love love love Wingstop. I literally just left there very upset and very irritated I am in a... rush so I ordered my food online. I usually always order my food online that way when I get inside I don't have to wait for toolong. So I get there tell the lady my name and she goes oh is there anybody else who would have picked up your order for you?No. Nobody else would have picked up my order. I am a single mom. So she goes and tells me that I have to wait because somebodyalready picked up my order and somebody gave it out and they have to wait until the manager comes back or until somebody comesback because she doesn't know what she's doing. I really really hope that when I call they can get this refunded because that'sridiculous I specifically place my order online to not wait place to head 30 minutes ago why is my food given out to somebodyelse how is my food giving out to somebody else for what reason would somebody else have my name Tamara Parsons why would theysay my name and you give them my food. Ordered pickup and got my food quickly. I got a 8 piece mixed wing combo. The wings tasted amazing but I ordered well done cajun... fries but they were as usual, cold and floppy not well done at all. Read more

30 May 2022, my husband and I ordered the 20 boneless wings for $15.99 deal. The order was wrong, we didn't realize it until we... got home. The flavors we ordered were the wrong and the quantity was also wrong. We didn't get the full 20. Be sure to checkyour order before you leave, or just don't order from there. Read more
This place is pretty small but it doesn't really get crowded so finding a table is easy. Food is really good they have a bunch... of different type of wings so you can probably find a kind you like. Drink options are very wide as well. Only problem is if youorder at the restaurant there is a decently long wait, but you can order from a mobile app so you can order ahead. Overall goodplace. Terrible customer service the older guy with beard that works at Wingstop in Vacaville treats paying customers like trash. How... on earth would the higher ups that want people to bring money to their business , want that guy to work for them. Send in adecoy and see how rude that guy is.
