Do NOT go here. It?s being run by children who have no customer service skills at all. I ordered a salad online. Got there 10... minutes after my allotted time, because they?re never on time. 25 minutes later I had to ask where my order was. They hadn?teven taken the order receipt off the printer. They make my order and I notice they don?t put the vinaigrette in the bag. So Ihave to ask for it. They tell me they?re out of it! Why wouldn?t you tell me that BEFORE making my order. I ordered online like I always do and waited far longer then their apps estimated time. We go to Chipotle on a pretty regular basis, between this location and another. Because the other location (Forest Lake, MN) has... gone all the way downhill, we decided to give Vadnais another shot, even though it?s a little farther away. I can?t see myselfmaking that mistake again. The portion sizes have shrunk (but that?s pretty normal for a lot of places), the food was cold eventhough I picked it up exactly on time, the food had pretty terrible flavor. These things are forgivable for the most part, eventhough it?s not the cheapest food around. What?s not forgivable is the fact that we were given spoiled food, specifically thelettuce. It?s was wilted, brown, and black. We had to pick all of the lettuce out of it to do our best to try not to get foodpoisoning. For a restaurant, and a very popular one at that, you would think that rule number one would be food safety. I started my order and they were out of fajitas, the worker asked cook for... more and he said manager said no more cooking tonight; also no black beans. continued any way and got guac and chips. thegentleman looked at me and said they only had small bags of chips.. I could see a giant bin of chips behind him. I asked if Icould have those and he looked at me and said " do you want me to go bag some up for you" I said of course. The pop machine hada sign on it that said out of order I'm certain they just turned it off and cleaned it early so they could leave early on aFriday. The "manager" if that is what you want to call her was right there and said nothing. She seemed more disgruntled thanany of the employees.
