Ryan was so helpful with my order and was such a nice employee. So paciente with my order and didn?t rush through it. First time... baking it at home and it was such an easy experience. This is the second time we have had a bad experience with mask enforcement at this Papa Murphy's. Employees inside clearly have... friends or potentially other staff that hang out outside and loiter/smoke and then go in and out of the store WITHOUT masks.Seriously? We're in the middle of a pandemic and you're a food establishment and you're not following the mask mandate. It'sreally not difficult to follow and does not give us confidence about the hygiene protocols being followed (or not followed) atthis location. When I mentioned something about it, I was met with an "oh ok" and monotone attitude. Please start enforcing therules there and hold people accountable. The scam of the year. I stopped to eat here before working. $ 12.50 a large pizza, as in all pizzeria and what did I receive? ... A raw pizza for baking in my house ... first time in this store and I was not informed that this worked like this. How can I goto work with this pizza like this? I stopped in exactly one hour before close and they had nothing available. They had no cheesy bread or cookie dough. When I... asked if they could make they cheese bread they said they don't have the dough for it. (I know that it's the same dough they usefor the pizzas). I showed up at 7:30 PM on a Thursday and the Male employee was cleaning the floors and moving carpets around. He walked around... to start making the pizza I ordered, and didn't wash his hands before he touched the ingredients. We don't live in a 3rd-worldcountry. The employee that helped us was very rude! I used the order online and was able to "order in advance" so I ordered on Thursday... but wanted to pick the pizza up on Sunday. I got an email that said your order will be ready for you on Sunday at 10:00am. Iarrived at the store at 9:50 and the open sign was on. When I walked in the man asked what I needed. I told him I did an onlineorder the other day and set it up to be picked up today. I ordered 3 pizzas! He said he had just got the order as I walked inthe door so that I needed to wait. Then he told me that "next time if I have a big order like that (3 pizzas?) I should wait tohave them picked up a half hour after They open because that was too many pizzas to be made that early!" Then he said I don'tknow why you need 3 pizzas at 10:00am? (We were having 20 people over for a birthday party at noon if he really wants to know!)Anyway, pizza was good. Employee super rude.
