Every single time I stop at this location the staff in very friendly and helpful. I drive away feeling as I've just visited a... friend. Only one time in the for years that I have stopped at this location have they got my drink order incorrect. They werequick to apologize and correct the order. Read more

Honestly, not a fan of the coffee.. I don't know why, but every time I get any sort of coffee drink from here, it tastes burnt.... The only other place I run into that issue with is Dunn Bros. every now and then. Starbucks food is pretty decent though. But Idon't know anyone that goes here, for just the food alone. Service is fast but at the expense of drink quality. Seems like this locations has went down hill in last few months. They don?t... shake the shaken espressos and the drink is usually make incorrectly, like not subbing the right kind of milk I request. Thereare definitely better Starbucks locations to go to. This is my every morning stop on my way to work so you could say I'm a regular. The staff is always so friendly and greet you... with a smile. The coffee is always fresh, and the food is great. I have lived in the area for 3 years and have gone to this location religiously 3-5 times a week. 2019-2021 GREAT! I dont know... what happened but sometime in 2022 the service, staff, and beverages have tanked. Today was the farthest sink and I am takingout a credit card to buy my own espresso machine. It was red cup day (understandably busy). I was told 15-20 min wait. Mysandwich came out right away and I waited about 25 min. I asked the manager who was keeping on eye on the line and handing outbeverages where I was on the list. After looking, he determined I wasnt on the list anymore. Someone took my drink or it wasntmade but marked off. He asked the Baristas and they said "its done, we did it" and he struggled to get them to make it again.Another 10 min went by and 20+ beverages were handed out and mine had not come. I was upset and expressed that I was alreadylate for work and had been in there for almost 45 min. He asked the baristas again and AGAIN they ignored him. Finally I startedto tear up and someone made a beverage. I get to my car, drive a mile away and it was just hot milk, no coffee, no flavor. Notthe small toasted white mocha I had waited 45 min for. I have been dealing with wrong beverages, rude interactions, and messysandwiches for too long. I know I sound like a spoiled brat, but I was a barista with Starbucks and Caribou for many years and Iknow the drill. I dont know if customer service has just fallen this low, or if I just have rose colored glasses on, but to wait45 min for hot milk is going too far for a business that charges $5+ for 12oz lattes. Thank you Starbucks for freeing me fromyour capitalist grasp and giving me the motivation to invest in my own machine so I can make my own $1 latte. PS:My frap versionof your caramel macchiato beats out any seasonal beverage you have put out in the last 3 years. Read more
