Painfully slow despite not being understaffed. Would definitely give a pass if that was the case. They prioritize the drive... through line and people inside are waiting forever. I really regret coming to this starbucks they were SUPER rude. This is the worse experience ive had at a starbucks. Guy was not... aware of his customers (it wasnt even busy) threw the cups as if he was mad or annoyed when he took the order. His responseswere passive aggresive. Asked for a caramel apple spice (non-coffee cider) and the barista clarified "apple machiatto?" I said "no, caramel apple spice"... he then proceeded to make the macchiato. When I brought it back and asked for the caramel apple spice again, he said "oh I wasntsure which you wanted but it was one of the two so I guessed." I clarified again that I wanted a "hot apple cider drink, theCaramel Apple Spice" he then made a hot apple juice, no caramel, no whipped cream, no spice, just hot apple juice. He told me 2xto try it right there when I said it smelled right and then demanded I try it right there. It was so hot I burnt my tongue andlip and could not taste whether it was correct or not. Upon leaving I opened the cup and saw it was yet again incorrect. No whipor caramel. I have searched the entire city and despite having it on their menu they are either out of supplies or make it wrongevery time. I cant have caffeine and this repeated failure has been so frustrating.
