Walked into establishment. Sat down at an empty bar room. Within 2 min upon looking at the menu, the bartender gave us all an... "experimental drink" to our table. She was asking us what we thought of the drink as she wanted it to become a part of the menu.The bar tab included that "free experimental drink" $18 drink. Will never return. Read more
While the drinks were great, the service was pretty horrendous. Don?t waste time ordering food, as it is made in a different... part of the hotel it takes close to an hour for orders, where most of the food is ice cold. We had to chase down our server forwater or ordering drinks repeatedly. Not worth the hassle. Read more
The place is nice, I ordered a Belgium hot chocolate that was delicious, the staff was ok.. after out first drink they didn't... ask us if we wanted something else. Read more
Great atmosphere. Good for medium sized groups or just a few friends hanging out. Lowlighted ambience with a bar and tables.... Wide drink selection with many interesting cocktails. The bartenders were very friendly and knowledgeable. Slightly on thepricey side but that's expected in Vail. Read more

I don't know where to begin with honestly... It's a nice place and atmosphere and that's where it ends. I expect a quality... service if I'm paying $16 for a shot of scotch and not half hour wait for water or having to go to the bar and order a drinkwhile the waitress is nowhere to be seen. I wish the service from the waitress was the only thing wrong, end of the night whenwe decided to pay the bill it turned out they tried to play tricks thinking we're a large group and won't notice an attempt totrick us into paying it twice and when we confronted the manager and waitress we were treated like garbage. We ended up payingour portion of the bill, but I couldn't also notice the difference in prices on 2 separate checks we had from the table and thebar, it's understatement to say that this is unacceptable and I can't recall an upscale place that have tried to pull suchscam. Vail is a small place, I visit it often and I'm quite surprised from the service we received. The only reason I give it 2stars is for the interior, otherwise service is rated at 0. Read more
I came to Frost with a group of people at 9pm. You would think it would have been easy to see us as hardly anyone was there. It... took forever for them to wait on us, around 15 min. We finally moved tables but this only caused more confusion as twowaitresses were waiting on us then. We ordered off the menu from the restraunt and the order was incorrect. One item we orderedoff the menu the waitress said they didn't have so she checked and they did have it. Requested a ranch dipping sauce and got amayonnaise instead. Wanted to get something else since order was wrong then told kitchen was closed. Great atmosphere and costis good. But multiple problems with organization Was a very frustrating experience. Read more
Their desserts are amazing! Don't be shy and ask for options outside their menu... their carajillo is fenomenal and it's not on... the menu! The staff that helped us was super nice and attentive. Read more
