Swordfish was good, prime rib was tender but plainly seasoned. Still don't get the "bring your dog to dinner" thing. Guess dog... hair and pee is ok while I pay $150 for dinner? Read more

We had an amazing dinner at Lancelot! Our server, Eliza, was great and even brought us their signature dessert since we were... celebrating our anniversary. The prime rib was incredible. Highly recommend visiting Lancelot! Read more

Great vibes! Restaurant and bar are downstairs from the entrance! Food was very good and tasty! The drinks were even better!... Great services and our waitress, even though she was very busy, always checked in with us if we needed anything. Read more

Great date night in Vail! We had the salmon and the prime rib. Both were delicious! For an appetizer, we enjoyed the escargot.... Service was excellent! Our table was near the window and it was snowing...magical! Try the raspberry or grapefruit beers fromAustria! Highly recommended! Read more

So, I ate here on the recommendation of several locals. The food was good. The service was excellent. As a matter fact, the... service and ambience as well as Friendliness of the staff is why this restaurant gets three stars instead of 1 or 2. Here’swhere this lacks- When you tut your Prime Rib as being the “house specialty” and your “huge, Sir Lancelot” cut is… getthis… TEN OUNCES… That’s issue number one. A “princess cut“ at most restaurants is 12 ounces. When they told me that Icould opt to have a 12 ounce cut, I did. It was $54. Was it “good?” Yes. Was it the best prime rib I’ve had? Not by a longshot. As a matter of fact, I had a prime rib 5 days ago at Texas Road House that was absolutely as good for around $30. This is“Vail.” I get it. Everything else was exceptional. Sautéed spinach was superb, the polenta perfectly done. Just avoid thePrime Rib. For over $100 per person, I expect my meal to be “excellent” if not “exceptional.” Caveat Emptor. Read more
