It was refreshing to have a friendly person ready to take my order. The food was perfect.. especially the fries! The untaken... tables we clean.. literally all of them! This must be my favorite McDonald?s, it?s always clean, the staff is always super cool and the managers here really care. They... recognize me after all the years I?ve lived in this valley and they welcome me. I think the ability to remember me after allthese years and to make the effort to say hello is the main reason I love this place, other than that they are consistentlyprofessional. They are completely incompetent at this McDonalds. We ordered 3 egg McMuffins 1 hash brown and 2 drinks. We had to confirm our... order multiple times. Then after driving away we realized that they gave us 3 sausage McMuffins and 1 freezing cold hash brown. We tried to call and ask for them to simply cancel our our cc charge and they said we had to come back w our card. I know theycan cancel transaction on their end. It was pouring rain and we were already on the freeway. They very rudely hung up on us. Just stupid and rude. Good luck! Worst McDonald?s we have ever been to. Read more
