The only reason for the 3 star review is our server was quite... pushy about the size of the servings being “not family size” and too small to share. This is a must do when you are in Vail. The oyster selection was great, the entrees were top notch and our server, Dominic, was... absolutely amazing. It may be a seafood house, but the filet my daughter got was just as good as any steak I’ve had. Halibutspecial, scallops and sea bass dishes were amazing. Top notch and worth every penny. Very nice place with delicious food. I had a salmon dish, it was one of the best! The trout was ok, not enough flavor. They add... a kitchen fee of 3%, that is not explained. The oysters were not fresh and the cost was $4.00 each. The waitress said: that ishow they taste. Read more
