There is a wide array of Pizzas, pastas and sandwiches at this great Italian joint in Vail village. There is a good selection of... vegetarian options too. The staff and the chefs at the open kitchen are very friendly. The figioli pizza was really verydelicious and flavorful. The spinach manicotti was good. The lettuce in the side salad could have been more fresh though. Read more

The Supreme is so good. We added spinach as an extra topping which was perfect. Also, the crust is fantastic. Too good so didn't... take the picture of the full pizza. Read more

Pazzo?s Pizza is a staple of Vail, CO! Opened in 1990 by three guys (Grateful Mike, Powder Tom, and Hutch) who would ski by... day, and make pizzas by night! Everyone I know makes it a point to stop in and get a slice! The pizza is always really good! If you ever get the chance, go and enjoy a nice relaxed atmosphere! We were there on April 29, 2022, around 8 pm, and whoeverwas running the music was reading the minds of my friends and me because we couldn't stop talking about how good it was! Read more

Pazzo?s Pizzeria provides a stand-out choice for affordable Italian dishes. The Stromboli calzone ($11.95) was a very large... serving, with heaps of tangy marinara red sauce, with meat and fresh peppers and onions wrapped in baked Italian dough. A singleslice of Thin Cheese Pizza with pepperoni and onions is $4.60. A Small Greek Salad ($7.95) was fresh and flavorful. Note: thisstore is on a pedestrian-only walkway within Vail Village. Free 2 hr. parking is available 5 min. away. Read more

A very good italian-oriented restaurant. They had a varied menu of pasta, subs and pizza, between others. The attention was good... considering they said they were short-staffed. I had a delicious pizza which I loved, definitely a great place to go. Read more

Thin crust pizza was sooooo good, be sure to dine in so that you get to enjoy the hot melty cheese and super crispy crust. Pizza... was a 10/10, everything else was below average. Caesar salad had fresh ingredients but the croutons were too hard, sauce waswatery too. Spaghetti bolognese - tomato sauce felt like it was diluted out of a can, rather bland tasting and just a dollop ofit on top of cooked spaghetti. The spaghetti was also steaming hot which we felt it could likely have been microwaved. Wouldstill go back but definitely only ordering the pizza. Read more

I?ve been going to Vail for 20 years now. I can tell you with absolute certainty this is the best pizza in town. I?ve tried four... other restaurants and they do not compare. The dough is nice and fluffy with great taste. The cheese is excellent quality. It?squick service and the pizza always arrives piping hot from the brick oven. They also have some nice sides, but I mainly come forthe pizza. Read more

Sauce is decent and I'd describe the crust and sauce as "OK". However for this price point ok isn't good enough imo. The real... problem was over cooking the slices, if you are buying individual slices just skip this place. Advise for the owner if you readthis: 1. Pizza for by the slice should not be fully cooked, it should be pulled out a tiny bit early around 75% done. Doneenough it's fully held together, but the dough is still a bit soft. This allows for the cook time on single slices to actuallyfinish cooking the slice instead of over cooking it. 2. You should use screens under even single slices. When I visited it wasthrown right on the bottom of the oven and screens were only used for full pies. What I ended up with was a slice so over doneit cracked like well a cracker and was visibly burnt in areas as well. Read more
