Im just not a fan of Qdobas food. I keep trying their food but I almost always leave disappointed. The staff was nice but spoke... very little English. Its just personal preference but Chipotle has much better tasting food. Read more
WOW!! If I could give less than one star I would. The girl with the pink shoes on was absolutely so RUDE to my boyfriend and... I. She would roll her eyes at us and not even help us when we asked questions. They weren?t listening to anything we wanted onour food. The chicken was SO over cooked and burnt. My boyfriend wanted another meat because it was so burnt and they wouldn?tallow him to get another meat because it was already on his burrito. They were extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. Thecustomer service was AWFUL. They were not only rude to us but other people line. I do not recommend coming here because theywill treat you with disrespect and act like you are an inconvenience to them. We asked for queso and chips and they gave us asmall side of queso, not the big one like it said on the menu. Think before coming here!! The worst service I have ever had. They were very rude to my friend and I. The workers were talking to each other as they were... taking our order so they didn?t hear us and then would just put random things on. I asked for a naked burrito and they startedto make a burrito, I asked for black and pinto beans and they only gave me black, and I ordered shrimp and they put a scoop ofsteak on and the told me I needed to wait for shrimp to be ready which was totally fine, but I don?t like steak nor did I orderit. They rolled their eyes as you ordered and didn?t seem like they cared to be there. I love Qdoba but this experience wasvery upsetting. Read more
Rude as hell. Every time I go I tell them I want to "make it a meal" with chips and a drink as per the menu. Every time they add... a drink and a full chips and queso. I made sure the manager heard me today and I was trying to get his attention as I wasgetting rung up. He ignored me as I was ordering and had an attitude when I asked to have it fixed. The truck order was stillin the way in the dining room and blocking the drink machine while the manager was just hanging out. Read more

They had a really hard time understanding what I was asking for, I had to point to almost everything. I don?t have a problem... with getting foreigners to work at your restaurant for you, just make sure they can speak English. Also food was only warmishnot hot. Read more
