This place is hands down the best food we have had in Avon/Vail. I was skeptical at first, it is a food truck after all. However... we were blown away. The Carne asada torta was absolutely amazing, we even got a second one to take home with us. Stop here ifyou can, and don't let the fact that it's a small truck deter you, it's absolutely amazing!!
