I absolutely love this restaurant. The salmón was the best salmon i have ever had. The tuna poke was delicious. And dessert... s’mores type dish was perfect. They have seedlip non alcoholic cocktails that was so so good! The waiter, Matt, so tentativeand sweet. He made the experience better. I would say this restaurant is very similar to Michelin star restaurants I’ve beento in the past. Read more

Best coffee in the village. From a classic black drip coffee to a cafe miel latte this place is flipping amazing. Amazing... ambience inside as well. Our breakfast food was good and filling—would definitely eat here again. We will be getting coffeehere from now on as it’s simply the best—after trying a handful of the other coffee shops in the village. Read more

Super stylish restaurant with velvet banquets, toasty fire, eclectic wine list and menu offers, and friendly, hipster service.... We had the prix fixe three course: Korean short ribs, salmon, and Baked Alaska, and the wagyu, simple salad, and cabbage. Thecabbage was our favorite dish - It really takes an experienced chef to make cabbage so freakin delicious! Read more

We came here for breakfast 7/2/22 and we were completely disappointed!! I ordered the vegetable omelet that was supposed to have... fingerling potatoes and instead it came with French fries. The server didn't even apologize and said, "oh they must have ranout." Seriously if I knew that I wouldn't have ordered the dish. With it came Very wilted arugula and an extremely greasyomelet. This is Vail and for what I payed, it all totally sucked! Vail dining has never disappointed me...till today. Read more

Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The drinks wereunique and well made. Friendly and quick service:) Very expensive and WORTH every penny. Read more

My parents, nephew and I ate here after skiing. We tried the three course menu for $60 per person and the starters, entrees and... desserts were fabulous. The pork belly starter is fatty but not overwhelming. The grass fed ribeye was cooked perfectly mediumrare but it needed more salt. I’d buy your steak from somewhere else. In particular the roasted cabbage and blackberry uzodessert were perfect. I’ve never had cabbage this good. All four of us loved the blackberry dessert. It was perfect. Theambiance is five stars. The service was five stars as well. Well worth the price. Read more
