Great atmosphere, live music, friendly staff, good drinks and snack options.
Staying at the four seasons so have given this restaurant three tries. First try the food quality was poor but dish was pretty... and the service was excellent. Second and third times, the food quality was good but the service was so terrible that I washaving an out of body experience. Servers with an attitude, not everyone of course but enough to set a culture. Polar oppositeto Flame restaurant and to all other four season staff. Remedy is a bar restaurant, not a fancy place but if you are going tocharge $35 for a hamburger, you should do it with signature four seasons service. 2 out of 3 failed server experiences in ahotel bar/restaurant that you are staying at may be an anomaly - but enough is enough. I suggest that the general manager pairservers at Remedy with Flame staff, including Remedy bar tenders so that they can experience what four seasons service trulylooks like. Read more
Stopped in on Sunday afternoon during the storms, not disappointed. The staff was amazing! We tried out several of the... specialty cocktails and mocktails, they were all fantastic. We will be back! Read more
A very great bar in Vail. The whiskey selection is terrific, and the hot chocolate is amazing.
Great spot for a chill après if you?re staying at the hotel! We enjoyed the hot chocolate and the tomato soup with the pesto... sandwich on a mid ski day break. Service is impeccable! Read more
Absolutely amazing food and service! My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and we loved it. Had a great view as we ate,... too. HIGHLY recommend. We shared the Waygu beef sliders and loved them. And we had the Tuna Poke Bowl for an entree, and thatwas amazing too! We came back later for the hot chocolate, which was out of this world!! Tried to have lunch today. Walked in, sat at a table in one of the side rooms, and waited 10 minutes with no service. Decided to... move closer to the bar and switched tables. The server brought us waters and menus, but then disappeared for 20 minutes.Meanwhile, a different couple sat at the first table we were at and got their drinks quickly! We then decided to goelsewhere. Not sure why we weren?t getting any service? it wasn?t that busy. Definitely it what I would expect from a FourSeasons.
