Probably the best coffee I've ever had was here - lavender latte, and then a vanilla latte. The breakfast is amazingly tasty,... the omelette is huge and came with lots of vegetables inside, a side salad, and French fries. I also tried a smoked salmontoast, and it's perfection in every detail - delicious grilled bread, delicate salmon, smooth herbed cream cheese, marinatedonions, and capers that were fried and crunchy. Upscale coffee shop. All the to-go coffee comes in a glass jar, which can also be recycled at the front entrance. They do all... the milk based the espresso drink in a scientific way (shot vs. milk. vs. foam ratios). The drink tastes good, just a bitpricey. Read more

My favorite coffee shop in Vail. The hotel storefront might make you skeptical, but they have amazing coffee. I had a cortado,... pour over, and espresso, and they were all great! The staff is knowledgeable and cares about your experience. I would 110%recommend to a friend. Read more
