I was in the restaurant with my two friends. We were sitting outside on the table chosen by not very friendly host and server at... the same time. When she brought us the menus, she started from my ?male? friends, opened the menu for them and basically forgotabout me and so I needed to grab the menu myself. The food was tasty, but a little cold by the time we got it. The ?best? partof the visit was the cheque. We were about to pay certain amount and gave them some tip as well. Today I found on my bankaccount that they took additional 5$. The restaurant itself is nice, the food is okay, but I guess the rest is not so amazing. Read more

Sat at the bar and it was top notch service. Angus and the rest of the staff was super attentive, quick in making the food, and... very jovial. Pizza was delicious. Will come back again. Read more

Delicious lunch during our ski day! Great menu with both indulgent and healthy choices. Italian items and also standard "ski... lodge" fare such as chili and burgers. Friendly service and relaxing atmosphere. Easy walk from the lifts. Very decent pricesfor a tourist town. We will be back! Highly recommended! Read more

We were in Colorado for a week and ate at Vendettas 3 times, that's how much we enjoyed it! For a quiet sit-down experience head... downstairs where you can enjoy a full Italian menu or order a pizza from the upstairs bar. The upstairs dining/bar area is a bitcrowded and loud, but food and service were still excellent. We really enjoyed the pepperoni pizza, tomato soup, and garlicbread. Read more

This was a really fun experience; I'm surprised the rating isn't higher. We went for dinner (two people, Tuesday around 6-7pm).... We sat downstairs, and while our waitress (Ester) had a lot of tables to manage, she did an incredible job of attending to uswith prompt and friendly service (I hope she gets credit for that). As far as the food goes, we ordered the garlic bread, thetomato soup, and a pepperoni-garlic pizza. All three dishes were amazing. Vail is a good 30-45 minute drive for us, but we wouldseriously consider doing the drive again just for this food. One final note: the restaurant is divided into a bar on the upperlevel and a more traditional restaurant downstairs. While the menu downstairs doesn't show the pizzas, they will bring you thepizza menu if you ask. (I would strongly encourage management to bring at least one pizza menu per table by default, otherwiseyou're going to be missing out on sales). Read more

Sat at the bar and had excellent service and food! The Lemon Drop was amazing and the Burrata and Calamari were just enough for... a shared ?light? meal. Recommend!! Read more

I think I finally found the best bargain in Vail. Ironically, this place is rated lower than a lot of the super ?elitist? places... that you can imagine are here. You can actually go in here and get a meal for one person for under $25 ? it?s a ton of food, andit?s actually very, very good. I worked in restaurants for over 15 years. I am Italian and I?m very critical of Italian food. The tiramisu they serve me at vendettas was not just good- it was SPECTACULAR. Portions are a little smaller than in yourtypical Italian restaurant in any big city, but for Vail ? FANTASTIC. Read more
