It was a bit of a disappointment overall :( I really want to say that food was good, but they put way too much salt there. For... example, if you take potatoes, veggies and beef out of sauce, it was delicious, with the sauce - you taste only salt. To befair, our friends ordered steak, they actually liked it. They said it was juicy and nice steak, just as you'd like it. And theservice. It seems they kept forgetting about us (we were sitting outside). Read more

Popped in for lunch while scoping out Vail town. Though it claims bistro, I felt it was another American restaurant that... doesn't know what that means. The salad I got with the chevre croutons was the only thing I saw on the menu remotely French. It was really, really good though. Lightly dressed to perfection; the chevre very good. If it were truly French it would havehad some ham terrine, sliced boiled egg, pickled shallots and walnuts added. The punch I had with the salad was super, ifstrong! The hubs got a chicken sandwich. The chicken was a whole breast & too charred. It needed to be sliced thin. Theexcess char overpowered the pesto & ruined the flavours. The fries seemed to be frozen, but were tasty. Overall, it was goodfood, but disappointing because I have yet to dine in an American "French" bistro that actually had good bistro food! Read more

Amazing atmosphere and food was flavorful. Vintage breakfast was excellent and the cheese board! Best to make a reservation on... the weekend. You can also walk-in and put your name on a cancelation list. Read more

If you are in Vail don’t pass up the chance to eat at Vintage. Food and cocktails were amazing. The huckleberry bacon French... toast and eggs Benedict are off the charts. Don’t forget the beignets with homemade raspberry jam. Read more

My family was visiting Vail last month and ate here. I have not stopped thinking about how amazing it was. My steak frites was... the BEST I’ve ever had. The steak was perfectly seared and tender with so much flavor, and the au poivre sauce was delicious. The truffle fries were also the best I’ve had! Every steak I’ve had since is disappointing because this one was so good. Myparents got the duck and beef bourguignon and ate every last bit, they loved it. The atmosphere was so beautiful and peaceful. Iforget our waiters name but he was so friendly! We would go back to vail just to eat here! Read more
