Fast service at this Dunkin literally in and out, and coffee is always made right here can't say the same for other Dunkins

If you can find another Dunkin? nearby, skip this one. Or go to Starbucks literally next door. Or drive to Washingtonville where... the staff is friendly & helpful! The cashier who took my order never had eye contact or interaction with me at all. She kept thelid of her visor down as to not use her eyes. The manager was standing right next to her and I guess this is acceptable customerservice to her. The coffee was fine but the girl taking the order has no business working with the public. Years ago, this was a very good DD. Although it isn't bad now. It is nowhere near as good as it once was. I still stop in now... and then. But I no longer go out of my way to go there. The service and employees seem way less friendly or happy to be there.(just my opinion) The products seem of a lesser quality, but still demanding the extreme prices DD demands. Again, this is stilla decent place to stop. It's only that it used to be a great place to stop. Now it's average at best. Again, just my opinion. Read more
