I visited the drive through after 2pm on September 24th and my order was small...the girl that took my order was rude and didnt... seemed to want to be working...never told me how much my order was she was in a whole personal conversation while taking my cardfor payment with two other workers one who seemed to be a manager! She(the girl who took my order) told the other girl here givethis bag to her!!! And continued in the personal conversation neither addressed me at anytime and seemed to be hanging outrather working..as far as their actions....very horrible customer service!!!! Read more

I don't write reviews for fast food but this was the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Messed up my order twice in a row. And... everyone employee here hates their job. They obviously hate the customer for asking to correct a mistake. You can see it intheir faces, their body language, their attitude. Makes me worried about the food and then correcting mistakes. 2 stars because the food was not terrible, it was your average Wendy's meal. However the staff needs to go. I was there on a... Wednesday afternoon the cashier was extremely rude (possibly the rudest I've ever been treated at a Wendy's, and for no reason).The manager did not care, at all. They Need To Do Something To Improve The Service At This Location, Or Just Shut It Down. I Hardly Ever See Any Real Traffic... Going Through There, And After Going Through There 2 Mornings In A Row, It Is Not Hard To See Why. You Can Hear Employees In TheBackground, Talking And Laughing Far Too Loud While The Customer Is Trying To Place An Order, So You Have To RepeatYourself. Yesterday, I Was Denied A Breakfast Item Because It Was Too Late, And Today, I Arrived Earlier And Was Denied The SameItem Because There Was "No More", But It Seemed More Like They Didn't Want To Take The Time To Provide The Item...There Needs ToA Strong Manager On Site Who Is Not Afraid To Make Sure People Are Doing Their Jobs Effectively. I drove up to this Wendy's at night (8:30pm). The food was good and the service was also BUT the workers (3 ) came out to a car... parked in front of us to hang out and listen to music with the person in the car who smelled to be smoking something other thancigarettes. Definitely not professional look for the business as I was leaving which led to my rating. I would like to stressthat I have been to this location MANY times and typically have no problem but I have seen a decline in professionalism herewhich caused me to question how food may be handled. i ordered 4 items and all 4 items were made improperly. my chicken nuggets were made spicy as opposed to the regular i ordered,... my sandwich was covered in mayo, though i specifically asked for none because i?m allergic, and my drink wasn?t brought out.additionally, i ordered medium fries (along with my combo) and i was given small instead. i understand it?s fast food, but it?sfrustrating nonetheless. my receipt looks like a completely different order. the night shift is subpar. By far the slowest and worst Wendy's I've been to. They make everyone pull forward to keep their window times down. There was... already a car pulled up waiting, so I had to go around them to wait in front of them. Their staff is constantly using expletivesdirectly in front of customers, non-stop expletive gossip. When the employee finally brought my food up to my car, (which wasonly a burger and nuggets), he didn't say a word, just held his hand out with my food from behind my window, so I had to reachout behind the window opening to actually retrieve my food, and didn't even say a word. They didn't give me any BBQ sauce, (Ihad asked for one extra, I got none) Both my burger and nuggets were cold, which if I had to wait for my food, why would it becold? This was 2:40pm 7/7/22. They need a whole staff overhaul here, or at least cut the cursing and be attentive to theircustomers and provide the quick, quality service we expect from Wendy's. Read more
