Absolutely terrible. We tried to order in our limited English and a woman actually started yelling at us over the drive through... microphone. We immediately drove to the first window where a very nice young woman helped to place our order (she spoke perfectEnglish). She got the manager at my request and translated to her what had happened and when the manager responded back to herin French we realized it was most likely the manager who had been yelling at us (we recognized her voice). She told us (with theyoung woman translating) that she would have a serious talk with the staff. Yeah right. I always give good reviews and when Ireceive poor service simply do not leave a review at all, but this was truly a terrible experience for me, my 2 daughters and mysister. I rarely put up a critical post. Usually if I have received bad service, I don't post anything at all. But this was very bad... service. My sister, my 2 daughter and I drove through the McDonald's and asked if anyone spoke English. I speak enough French toget by, but could not place the entire order. The woman taking the order asked for another person to come take the order andthis as I tried to place the order in French, the second woman started yelling at me. Very poor service. Long waits. There's lots to say ... It's sad since it's the only McDonald's in that little area !! And I... live in this area ... And honestly I have no idea how other reviews can claim that the service was either fast orexcellent. I've seen this branch falling down ... It went from average to very poor within months !!!
