I always order by the mobile app and its seems okay. Not today, I ordered 3 footlongs and the bread was so hard I could probably... use it has a hammer. I called them to address the issue, they took my phone number and said they would call me back after shespeaks with her colleague? So I guess I will not be re-ordering from this Subway anymore, cannot resolve by at least re-makingthe subs or a refund. Lack of professional courtesy. Perhaps more training is needed to deal with customers (for paying fullprice for their stale breads). So instead of waiting, we decided to eat at St-Hubert's, great food, always!
