10/18/22 at 10:30pm I drove up to the drive threw. Treated with kindness. The night time manager is really good and happy to... help. Tonight it was a pleasure to go after work. I just wanted her to know I greatly appreciate her service. All tho I may notknow her name... She had shorter reddish colored hair and was wearing a manager uniform. She TRULY made my night. Worst McDonald?s in my area by far. I seldomly eat at the establishment, but when I do it?s always a bad experience. Bad... attitude among staff, and overall full of excuses on their poor performance. A bar needs to be set. I?m unfamiliar with using the mobile app and then going through the drive through but I was told to go to the first window, then... I ended up waiting there for about 4 minutes before another employee rudely told me to go to the second window. I received myfood and did not check it (the interaction had me ready to get out of there), my bag was missing a burger, and as I drove awaythe employee at the second window told me to ?keep my eyes on the road?. Afterwards I realized that they must have all assumed Iwasn?t driving forward because I was looking at my phone, but in actuality I was trying to follow the directions provided. Went thru drive thru and before we could finish ordering was told to proceed. We explained that we wasn't done yet they said... they could not add anything to it! So we had to add it when we paid for, I guess it could have been worse go back thri again! Read more
