If I could give this 0 stars I most certainly would! My wife and I have been on an all plant diet and we decided that our cheat... meal would be the NEW Papa Bowl from your location. My experience was very very unsatisfying to say the least! The ChickenAlfredo bowl looked as though it was half eaten and the Meat Trio bowl might as well been soup! I am EXTREMELY disappointed inthis representaion of ypur establishment! I would very much like for this situation to be rectified at your earliestconvenience! I Order from them at 10:20 pm The young lady that took my order name was Amber B She so nice and very proficient when taking my... order and gave me varies of options to chose from to fit my late night snack craving ! She makes sure your order is correctbefore she gets off the phone with you,and when you order arrive which only took 13. Minutes it was very nicely nearly andstack accordingly to wasn't all over the place NO dripping grease and had my deserts bag different from my pizza box ... AmandaB is a great GM FOR THIS STORE!!! The pizza was hot but not too hot where u can enjoy it on it first bite and the common traywas very warm and soft!!!!! After having an error online I was contacted in regards to my order placed for my grandchildren. I was charged incorrectly and... not having issues resolved. I was contacted by location Manager as he told me he was and told he had nothing to do with onlineerrors but would make issues right by sending out an order to them and for them to contact store directly not order online.
