Visited 6.11 The food and service was delicious! I didn't care for my original dish and it was swapped out with no problems.
-Wait Staff seen my party waiting to be seated; they were just standing off to the side talking and being very nonchalant! It... took at least 6 minutes to get seated, with no one else waiting. -It took our waitress 15 minutes to come greet us and take ourorder. She kept serving her other tables until she felt the need to come to our table. However, she was wvery friendly andmaintained a positive ! -It was then only 40 minutes prior to the restaurant closing, and they turned most of the lights off onthe restaurant. Why would someone want to eat in dimmed light? -Other parties that were here wayyyy before us were justreceiving their food, and their orders were ALL screwed up! -Plenty of staff running around and walking around, just killingtime. -It took 10-15 minutes ti receive our drinks after ordering them! It took another 10-15 minutes to bring back our refillswith the actual cup we drank out of. -I believe the waiters were cooking the food themselves because since when does Cheddarsput parsley on EVERY food item??? The food tasted AMAZING tho!!!! No one (waiter) was in plain sight to be found!!! -When wetried to get our waitress attention, she acknowledged us by looking at us and went on to count some money from her tips. Sounprofessional!!! -The side items have been shortened and are much smaller in portions! -We asked for a manager, and it tookmanagement about 10 minutes to accommodate us. -The manager, Autumn, was very professional. She also discounted ourbill. -After the manager accommodated us, our waitress kept coming back to back to back to ask us if we were okay or neededanything else! By then, it was too late for her to do her job! We were ready to go!!! -Oh, it also took 10-15 minutes for us tobe able to pay for our meal so that we could leave! Great food at a great price. We love Cheddar's. It was clean and the employees were all super nice and attentive.
The greeter warned us that the kitchen was short staffed. We are soooooo happy we stayed. The kitchen perfectly prepared our... food and it was presented beautifully. Our server was friendly and helpful. Read more
I?m very conflicted about what to say with this restaurant. We showed up at around 6pm on a Friday evening. All of our food was... good and came out just as we asked, in a very timely manner as well. For some reason though some of the items were extremelycold as if they had just been sitting on a counter for awhile before being severed? Our waitress was very slow/ semi rude andone of the bus boys had headphones in running around the dinning room throwing his dirty rag in the air while singing. AlthoughI thought it was funny it?s not exactly something I want to see at a restaurant while I?m trying to eat. I had to call on adifferent waitress a couple of times as well. She was very amazing unlike the one we had been assigned. Very confused as towether I would ever come back, 3/5 for me. Read more

Food was great I personally wasn't too happy about the rice It was kinda hard. The time me and my friend went was kinda busy so... service was a bit slow. Our server walked passed us 3 times without checking on us to see if anything was needed. I opt to waitfor my food to be brought out with my friends as they had to remake the steak she ordered.overall the place was nice I probablywould go at a less busy time next time. Read more
