Went for dinner, bought a steak and asked for it to be medium cooked. When arrived steak was well done and French fries cold.... Once mentioned to the server, she offered to change it. Due to time limitations it was not possible. Manager offered a dessertfor the issue. Again not possible to take that offer due to time. Manager never made it to the table all the information wasgiven by the server. Steak was seasoned well. Manager should be retrained to focus on a better customer experience. Read more
Had an awesome time last with the family, had a party of 6 and all the food came out fresh and hot, drinks were delicious, the... atmosphere was definitely great.... Haven't been in a few years so it was nice to come back and have a wonderful time out withthe family.... Our waitress was awesome!!! Read more

Was NOT expecting a SMALL, FLAVORLESS, WATERED DOWN strawberry lemonade....THATS WHAT I RECEIVED!! (I heard Chilli's has some... good strawberry lemonade, so I waited ALL day & had expectations....) The waitress was very sweet. The order came out wrong for THREE out of 5 adults and two babies meals. My husband has to wait... about 15 minutes longer then the rest of us for his meal as well. It was not busy at the time we were there on that Sunday. Thewaitress was great. Read more
No complaints here. We showed up at happy hour and had the 2 for $25 with some Margaritas! We sat on the patio and the drinks... were good! The burgers were awesome and our waitress was top notch. We would defiantly eat here again. Read more
Overall not really satisfied with the product. Their fajitas and burgers are usually decent and some of their appetizers. Got... the Cajun pasta with the grilled chicken and it was slightly warm. And the chicken seemed like it was a grilled chicken thatcame out of the freezer and was just thrown on top of the dish I would definitely not recommend getting the Cajun pasta. On theother hand we got the carnitas fajita and it was really good. Read more
We stopped at this Chili's on a Wednesday, while on our way home from Florida. Upon arrival, the restaurant appeared clean.... Service was great. Our waitress was friendly, quick, attentive and helpful. The food, however, could use some improvements. Thechips that came with our salsa had an unpleasant flavor (stale, burnt, reheated, old). To our surprise, they did not taste freshlike usual. We did not mention this to our waitress, assuming it was just a fluke. We requested seconds and these too tasted thesame as the first batch. The salsa was perfect, as usual. The beef patties on the 2 big mouth bites that came with the tripledipper, were very undercooked. The waitress quickly and politely resolved that issue. The rest of our food order was asexpected. It wasn't our normal Chili's experience that we are used to back home, but it wasn't terrible. Read more
