We went to this place on the way home during our vacation. We reached around 830pm. When we ordered veg bowl, the staff put... little of everything as they were running out of most items. In fact, fajitas ran out already and they told they will not makemore. Damn the closing time was 10pm and they ran out at 830 and will not make more. Even for veg bowl they suppose to put goodamount of guacamole but they said i have to pay extra for that. Sonwe pay full price but get onky half the bowl!!! What a shameChipotle! The price we pay for this we get way less. I keep going less and less to Chipotle these days because it isconsistently doing the same wherever I go. Read more

Food way better than what it used to be when they opened. Rice was nice and moist. Not hard at all. Place looked much clean and... nice. Welcoming staff. Read more

Wasn't sure I wanted to go here after reading some of the other reviews from fellow Google guides. Glad I did though. I was... very happy with my experience and my food. It was just as good as any other Chipotle I had been to and the workers were verypolite. I walked in and waited in line for about 2 minutes then I walked out 2 minutes later with my food. Good job Valdosta. Read more

My experience here was good, first off the burrito is loaded with your choice of meat and veggies+more. I like the pollo grill... with brown rice, some chilli ????? sauce, soar cream and shredded ???? hold the beans. The dining is ok needs more attentivenessof cleaning, restroom kept Sanitized, I like their juice drink tea. But my overall experience is good not to bad. L?? they ???? Read more

As mentioned in previous reviews, the consistency is poor at this Chipotle location which is disappointing with how excited I... was to be able to enjoy Chipotle here in town versus out on trips. My wife and I have had extremely salty bowls enough to wherewe couldn?t finish the meal, we?ve had the total for our meal exceed what the stated price with tax was with no explanation fromthe cashier, and we?ve experienced shortages of ingredients (e.g. Brown rice) while being told they weren?t making more in theMIDDLE of lunch hour.. 3 stars is for the food and price because when prepared well you can?t beat the amount of food you canget for $7-8 that?s not junk food. The steak burrito is good. The steak tasted great. But the meals don't come with chips (that's additional), it's a touch pricey,... and no salsa to dip the chips. The chips were a little stale. They don't have salt and pepper shakers. Very few sauces to choosefrom. Line was long but service was fast that was a plus. Overall not bad. My vote is Surcheros. Read more

After watching this place go up, I thought I'd try it one Friday at lunch. Once inside, the serving line moved well, but the... choices were surprisingly limited (no quesadilla!?) I have to compare against local burrito bar joints - I was surprised to seehow much the extras were (Want guacamole? $3.65....chips? $4!) I went with a chicken burrito, the chicken was nicely seasonedand the toppings were nice and fresh. The chips, however were way too chewy. Like maybe they didn't fry long enough. My wife washappy with her burrito bowl, the rice was well cooked. It was pretty good if you can get over the sticker shock of the extras.(around here the chips are free and guac is a buck or so) Read more

I?m very disappointed in this location.. i mobile ordered at 612 for a 630 pick up. Walked at out 655 with my order. I get home,... it?s wrong on both burrito bowls and missing items. My one bowl is lacking chicken and missing requested pico. Your best bet isto go in and order in line because that moved the fastest, and you know your order won?t get messed up. Read more
