This was best IHOP I've ever dined in. Our waitress was most courteous & helpful. Very pleasant & pleasant atmosphere. Cook did... excellent job preparing food as ordered. Our waitress was Myhea I believe. I observed her being just as pleasant with othercustomers also. Read more

Don't bother posting an order through the website. After placing the order we called to confirm they got it. Once I get to the... restaurant and sit for 26 minutes I am then informed that they never received the order and that it is common practice forwhoever answers the phone to simply lie to the customer and not make any to go orders until the customer shows up in store. Finewhatever if that is how you want to run your business go for it. But you couldn't have said that to me before I sat there for 26minutes? So yea don't expect stellar, good, or even generally acceptable service here. Read more
Service was fairly fast and I ordered a Belgium waffle. Over cooked and had to ask for powdered sugar. They had to take it back... and when server returned you could hardly see it. Going to assume the was a shortage as there was on napkins. Read more
Restaurant itself was fine. Food was ok. Service wasn?t fantastic. Things were forgotten and we weren?t asked for refills. Lots... of seating and parking, easy access. Wish they would take more pride in serving their customers. Read more
A majority of the wait staff was very pleasant despite the disconnect happening in the kitchen & an uneven distribution of... patrons in their sections. It was taking an hour or longer for food to come out. They ran out of the most popular foods early inthe evening. The only reason I give 3 stars is because of the demeanor of the wait staff while we were there. The cooks put this"app sampler" out to be served; basically, bottom of the bag. If I could give this place a 0 I would. First, the waitresses was very dull and acted like we were a pain to waited on. In face... that she didn't even want to be at work. Second the food was horrible. My partner ordered steak tips which came with sautéedonions and mushrooms, mashed potatoes and broccoli. The mashed potatoes looked and tasted a week old and the mushrooms wereraw. Let along the steak was burned and overcooked. The waitress questioned how the food looked and still gave it to us. Weasked for new mushrooms and potatoes. The 2nd batch came out the same way. I got the breakfast platter. The ham was dry andover cooked, sausage tasted spoiled. We were greeted nicely and food received in a timely manner. The food was good and cooked to my liking. I want to commend the... waitress "Destiny" she was so sweet and kind and strive to exceed the customer's expectations.
