This Taco bell seems to be one of the best in Valdosta in relation to food, but don't expect excellent service.

The food was as expected for Taco Bell. Service was a little slow but all were friendly. You get faster service if you use the... kiosk to order as nobody is at the counter. They need new soda machines. Read more
I ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, was charged for one, then given a normal taco with a tortilla to wrap around it. Not only... that, but they asked me to back up in the drive-thru window so I could reset their drive-thru time. When I went inside & askedthem to fix my order, she said they had nothing to give me because they had run out, instead of telling me that when I ordered.Embarrassing. Read more
First of all, I generally love Taco Bell. But I hope things have changed at this location. Just about every place I've ever been... has been a decent experience from my perspective (I'm pretty easy to please). But this place sticks out in my mind as one of theworst. It wasn't very crowded (maybe 6 customers in line) but I ended up having to wait more than 30 minutes for food. Noemployees were overly rude or anything, but they also seemed like they didn't want to be there, and I think the customers seemedto feel that way as well. If the food had been good or even average, I'd consider giving maybe 2 stars but is was so poorlyprepared that even multiple Fire Sauces couldn't fix that level of inadequate. That was over 2 years ago, and it still tops thelist of worst places I've visited in recent history. If management has changed and is working to improve things I'd considergiving this place another chance on my family's yearly trip to Florida. But for now I think we'll just wait till we reach LakeCity. Read more
