I usually have an okay experience. However, today?s service was extremely disappointing I ordered a bacon and avocado grilled... cheese. My bacon was missing and chunks of cheese were not fully melted. Also there were burned bits from the oven wrapped infood. I think the training and care with the food should be the same as it is with the smoothies but it's not. The food is hitor miss just depends on who's making it my sandwich quality is never consistent. And judging by the repeated responses the ownerleaves on the reviews these matters won't be taken seriously. Side note there's always a dirty mop water type smell in theestablishment. Read more

We had this for lunch at my work. Someone went and picked it up. I had a buffalo chicken wrap and the lettuce inside of it was... very old. There was also no cheese in it oddly enough so it was pretty terrible. I also didn?t receive my chips either. 10/10wouldn?t recommend. Read more
I'm on a strict diet. If I have cheese it must be fat free so I told them no cheese. There was cheese all through my wrap which... I didn't see till I took the first mouthful!! I almost threw up. Then after they finished making the replacement, they say itby the registers instead of where the completed orders were all being placed (where I kept checking for my food) and neglectedto call my name. It wasn't until I finally went back to the front and asked if they ever made it that the lady in the back saidshe sat it by the registers!! It wasn't even hot anymore but I ate half of it in the store and left. It was still good. I'll goback one day. But I'll definitely check my food FIRST before biting into it ???? Read more
This place has really declined with quality of food and smoothies. Employees are rude & have attitudes now. Came in with my dog... in a stroller & ordered then told dogs are not allowed. That?s fine, i asked them to bring my food out while I wait out front.Other customer comes out & tells me they called my name. I go back in & my order is not on the counter and they looked at merudely and said they are remaking it. I just got fed up waiting and simply asked for a refund. I will not go again and would notrecommend this place now. Go to smoothie king or somewhere else where they treat you with respect. Disappointed in smoothie after loooong wait. 2 smoothies $14... No flavor other than way too sweet. Couldn't even drink it ... Avocalada Flavor is typically not this sweet. Yuck. Refund please or I'll never try again Read more
This place is normally pretty good but the last few visits have been horrid. My grilled cheese wasn't melted and was cold the... corn was burnt tasting. The smoothie was good though. But that can't make a good cheese. Read more
