Whilst staying in Valemount on our three week road trip (from the UK), we decided to grab pizza for dinner. This restaurant was... a short drive from our motel and looked very welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was very cleanand tidy. I ordered the Donair pizza and my hubby ordered the wingless buffalo. Both were very tasty, filling and well made. Thewaitress was quick to notice I needed a take-out box!! Would thoroughly recommend, especially as we were lucky to pick a quiettime on a Thursday evening. Would love to actually write a review. Info at the Best Western says they deliver, on line search same thing. Phoned in and was... told in no uncertain terms that they don?t. Hope the pizzas are as good as the pictures! Read more

We went in and ordered around 6 pm. Were told it would be about 40 minutes. No problem, back to the hotel and wait until the... appropriate time. Go back. They gave our pizza to someone else. So we go back, for the third time, about 20 minutes later. I goin and let them know we ordered at 6 pm and it's now 7 45 pm and 3 drives back to pick up. They put the pizza on the counter.Period. No apology, no discount. Will NEVER order from them again. Oh, also..we ordered pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms.. We gotpepperoni, salami and barely a mushroom. Worst. Read more

Very disappointed with our experience. When we arrived, the owners looked right at us and chose to completely ignore us (which... isn?t something new) We were served our pizza and beer and not once were we asked if we would like more. There were only twoother guests in the building and it was a Friday night. The owners and servers were chatting up the people sitting at the bar.Their conversation was loud and full of F bombs ( not what I wanted to hear during my dinner) I will say the pizza was good butevery time my family and I go we are more and more disappointed with the service and atmosphere. Stopped in for pizza because we're staying overnight locally. Wow! Great pizza! Ordered the King Caesar, it's so good. Love... the crisp thin crust. It was so good we ordered a 2nd pizza to take on the road for lunch tomorrow. Read more

Absolutely a wonderful pizza restaurant located in the heart of the ?downtown? district of Valemount?pizza?s are wood fired and... excellent, and so was our waitress (Taylor) who made sure we were taken care of?.drink menu was hand written but that just madethe place quirky and fun?can?t wait to go back on my next visit from Edmonton! First of all, the pizza was good. We ordered a pepperoni and a meat lovers for take out. Was told 20-30 mins so we returned... after 20 mins in the hope it might be ready but were happy to wait the full 30 no problem. We paid the bill with a 10% tip.After all, this was take out. She has to hand 2 boxes over a counter, that's all! We were then told to wait outside and ourpizza would be brought to us. The restaurant was not full by any means and we were not getting in anyone's way. We thought yourservice person was exceptionally rude asking us to wait outside like we were some low lifes. We have travelled around BritishColumbia and Alberta and all of the Canadians we have met have been friendly, helpful and kind up until now. This woman was rudeand her colleague who brought the pizza out to us on street was informed of this. Nice pizza, shame about the service. Read more
