WHAT HAPPENED?! My wife and I have been going here for years but lately it's been disappointing. The food is consistent, but the... service was off. I blame the management. First, our waitress was obviously given a large section to cover, which meant ourwaitress came across our table less often. We had to actively get her attention. Once we got her attention, after we initiallyordered, we politely asked for a box for our pizza and the check. We had a large pizza that we only ate half of and she gave usa medium-sized styrofoam container (about 5×8). We immediately asked for a box, but she mentioned that they are not suppose tooffer pizza boxes. (WTH?) Our experience would have been way better (-1 star) if not for management choices. The waitress doesnot control the seating area and she sure does not make the policy to hand out containers that wouldn't fit our pizza. Moreover,my wife did notice that another waitresses ignored the "pizza box policy" and placed their pizzas inside the box. That wouldhave been a nice gesture. (-1 star). Would we return? Maybe not, since there are better places around here, like Lazy Dog andLucille's. Come here of you really need to. Read more
Came to BJ’s for lunch and was told to find a booth at the bar ourselves…Hostess gave us attitude because we asked follow up... questions regarding the bar seating. After waiting for about 15 minutes, no one came to greet us, give us menus, ask for ourdrink order, NOTHING. So we left and went to the Cheesecake Factory next door. Read more
BJ's is my favorite chain for pizza! I have been coming here with friends and family for years, and every time the service is... great compared to other popular establishments. Their beer club helps people save money by offering so much FREE BEER and FOODevery other month. Plus, they build points and get $10 off after reaching 100 points. Don't forget to try the pizookie! Ordered chicken wings which came out raw and really pink. We got new ones which were partly raw again so we couldn’t eat it... but we got charged for everything. Waiter was very nice though but they shouldn’t have charged us for everything. Read more
I came into Bj’s everyone gave me a warm welcome which was nice to see. The service was great my server Daniel was quick to... help us as well as the manager coming out to make sure the food came out to our liking. Food came out fast and was really good.Definitely coming back with friends. Read more
Steven was the best server. He proposed the lemon berry margarita and it was just perfect. The service was top notch.

This is a nice restaurant, only issues were that the booth we sat at were dirty when we got to it. My date sat on a tomato by... accident when he got to his seat. My side was dirty as well. Our waiter could have been better. We had to bring our mugs tohim to get coffee refills, and he even forgot to give me creamer. Anytime you have to get up to track down your waiter is notgood. I traveled from Torrance and was on the road, tired, cold, and exhausted. The food was ok. Just kind of surprising thatyou have to ask for fries to go with sliders...aren't they supposed to come with them? Read more
